We have developed a website for your convenience. After entering the website, if you click on resident portal you will be able to submit maintenance issues, as well as check local weather conditions, we will also be adding much more so keep on checking for future updates.

 If you have any other pictures of the apartments, or the surrounding area, and would like them to be placed online. Please bring them to the manager’s office, and they will be considered.

(No prize money will be awarded.)   

 

NOTICE

-If you have noticed we require all residents with pets to put a sticker in the front window of their unit.  Any resident who has an unauthorized pet on the premises will be fined $50.00 per incident. Before you get a pet you must OK it with management. (This also includes those getting a second pet.) Thanks.

 

PLAYGROUND

Please clean up your children’s toys in the playground area, and in front or behind the manager’s unit.  We are going to go around and throw away toys that are left out.  No pets or glass bottles in playground area either.

 

 

 

Review Items

-There will be a minimum $5.00 charge for the manager to unlock your apartment between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. and a $20.00 charge between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m.   

-You will be charged 25.00 if you do not clean up after your pet.
